As we approach the end of 2025, I would like to share a message of gratitude and reflection.
This year marked a notable milestone for Onepoint: 20 years of delivering real business value through technology, AI, and data-driven solutions to our clients worldwide. And we are proud to have continued our unrelenting commitment to supporting charities, refugees, interns, and apprentices as part of our mission to add value to society.
Onepoint started with a simple belief: A values-driven collection of technologists can help solve real pain points for stakeholders by bringing architecture-led innovation and unwavering focus on business outcomes. Two decades later, that philosophy remains unchanged, but the tools, opportunities, and challenges have certainly evolved.
Our year-long celebrations included a Gratitude Weekend at the serene Global Retreat Centre in Oxfordshire, England. The weekend was dedicated to reflecting on our journey, appreciating our community, and envisioning what’s ahead. Reflections from 2025
This milestone year was, in many ways, one which represents the 20 that are behind us.
Staying creative and innovative
- Launched a series of free tools and a collection of accelerators that help clients to explore, apply, and get value from Gen AI faster. (We call this The Onepoint AI Ecosystem.)
- Introduced an AI-powered solution for Aerospace and Defence organisations in a strategic partnership with Pennant International Group plc (More on this in the Press Release.)
- Refreshed our brand identity to reflect the excitement we feel about our next 20 years. We are rolling out the new brand in a phased way.
- Got recognition for initiatives, including as a finalist for Excellence in Customer Service at the Signature Awards and a nominee for Skills and Talent Champion at the GMCC Excellence Awards 2025.
Adding value to clients
- Applied AI at an automotive client to speed up and de-risk migration to a modern integration (IPaaS) platform that connects with SAP and Snowflake to deliver better financial and operational intelligence.
- Automated manual, paper-based workflows for a global bank, covering end-to-end customer onboarding and HR new joiner processes.
- Crafted an agentic AI solution for a brand marketing sector agency to smartly automate bid and sales workflows.
- Retained and grew clients across energy, retail, hospitality, travel, automotive, and finance sectors, deploying a broad range of services covering architecture, AI & automation, data & analytics, software development, managed services, and DevOps.
Adding value to society
- Delivered multiple charity initiatives covering websites, mobile apps, intranets, telephone systems, event management, emergency radio comms, venue management systems, and statistics.
- Provided opportunities for marginalised and refugee communities by enabling skills development and compensated involvement in internal and charity-related technical initiatives.
Looking ahead to 2026
As we carry these reflections forward, I am also excited to share how our learning over the last 20 years has shaped Onepoint’s next chapter.
In 2026, our focus remains clear:
- To craft AI, data, and automation solutions and tools that amplify human judgement, not replace it. (We call this Accelerated by Onepoint.)
- To advise business and technology leaders on how to get the most out of technical innovations to drive real business value. (We call this Woven by Onepoint.)
Thank you for being on the journey with us. Your trust and partnership have helped shape who we are today and who we continue to become.

Wishing you a reflective and regenerative close to 2025 and a hopeful, purposeful and peaceful New Year.
With warmest wishes,
Shashin Shah
