The problem
Entry points
You might recognise one of these sentences
“We know roughly what we need, but it has to work with everything we already have.”
Your constraint is the estate, not the idea. We bring human expertise and technology together to find a way forward.
“Someone must have built most of this already. Can we start from there?”
You want your budget to move things forward, not repeat what’s already been done.
“Nobody seems to sell what we actually need.”
The answer has not been built yet, and it needs proving before it goes into production.
How the pieces fit
Three pieces of the same puzzle
Consulting and delivery at one end, the innovation lab at the other, and everything we have already built sits in the middle. Most answers take pieces from more than one.

The two ends represent the extremes. At one end, we integrate technology into your estate. At the other, we create something entirely new. Everything in between is what we have already built. The dashed arrows show how our portfolio continues to grow, with all accelerators starting as Onepoint Labs experiments or as outputs of delivery work.
AI is part of everything we do.
It is in the architecture we design and in the services we run for you afterwards. We start from the business problem and apply AI where it moves that problem forward — which is what separates a system you can rely on from a pilot that quietly stops.
The three pieces
What each one actually is
All three pieces, one product
What that journey looks like from the outside
Aerospace and defence organisations hold enormous libraries of technical documentation as PDFs, Word files, and scanned images. Regulation requires all of it in S1000D, the international standard for technical publications. Converting it by hand takes years of specialist time, and nobody was selling a way out of that.
Onepoint ConvertWise™ is not an unusual case. It is the ordinary route every accelerator takes, and it is easy to follow because the end of it has a name.
Started in Labs
Nothing existing worked.
We took the problem into Onepoint Labs and tested it against real manuals under real constraints, to find out whether intelligent automation could deliver the accuracy and consistency the standard demands.
Became an accelerator
The concept worked, so we turned it into a product.
It left the lab as Onepoint ConvertWise™. Conversion timelines drop from years to weeks, with intelligent automation handling the volume while experts remain in control.
Delivered through Woven
Now it runs as a smart workbench.
With Pennant International Group plc, we run ConvertWise as a full technical publications service — integrated, quality-assured, and working through entire libraries rather than one document at a time.

Frequently asked questions
Which entry point is right for us?
You do not have to work that out. Describe the problem and we will tell you which pieces fit, and say plainly if the answer uses more than one. Most conversations start with a 30-minute call and end with a clear recommendation and a rough shape of what it would take.
Can we use more than one?
